Immediate Hiring: SAP ECC HCM Payroll Analyst | Malaysia

We have an opening for an SAP ECC HCM Payroll Analyst for one of our premium clients.

Position: SAP ECC HCM Payroll Analyst

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Work Mode: Hybrid

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC Payroll with proven Business Analyst experience
• Minimum 3–4 successful end-to-end Payroll Implementation projects
• Hands-on payroll experience in at least 2 countries from the following: Philippines | South Korea | Singapore
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to independently develop test scenarios, test scripts & validation documents
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting payroll-related integrations
• Ability to act as SPOC for payroll-related issues, including issue analysis, resolution coordination and vendor management
• Experience supporting testing teams with strong payroll process expertise
• Ability to independently manage country-specific payroll activities and provide regular status updates
• Experience presenting progress updates in country and global status meetings
• Strong understanding of Time Management & Payroll Integration processes
