Responsibilities
On behalf of a Hong Kong based asset management company we are seeking an experienced (3-7 years) finance and treasury operations professional.
Role:
- Support day-to-day finance and treasury operations, including cash management, banking and payments
- Assist with loan and financing administration and maintain related records and documentation
- Support preparation and review of financial information, reconciliations and management reporting
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities and maintain proper accounting records
- Support external audit and other recurring financial information requests
- Liaise with banks, auditors, external service providers and internal stakeholders on finance-related matters
- Assist with ad-hoc finance, treasury and financing projects as required
Requirements:
- 3-7 years' experience in treasury, finance operations, accounting, audit or related disciplines
- Experience in cash management, banking, loan administration, financial reporting or audit support is preferred
- Good understanding of finance and treasury processes
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
