Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Technical Support - Provide comprehensive technical assistance to customers, guiding them through the integration, implementation, and troubleshooting of DF Automation & Robotics products.
• Customer Engagement - Collaborate closely with customers to understand their specific requirements, offering tailored solutions, and demonstrating the value of the company's automation technologies.
• Product Customization - Customize and configure the solutions to suit client needs, ensuring seamless integration into their existing systems and processes.
• Training and Education - Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers and internal teams to enhance understanding and proficiency with DF Automation & Robotics products.
• Problem Resolution - Diagnose and resolve technical issues, either remotely or on-site, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
• Feedback Loop - Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance, features, and usability, and communicate these insights internally to drive product enhancements and improvements.
• Collaboration - Work closely with the Sales, Advanced Engineering, Customer Service, and R&D teams to provide insights from the field, contributing to the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones. Provide inhouse engineering and labor support to complete the product development and production.
• Documentation - Develop technical reports to summarize product/ solutions issues and provide countermeasures.
• Execution - Execute the plan in the technical aspects of projects, ensuring they align with customer requirements and company standards.
• Stay Updated - Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings to ensure DF Automation & Robotics remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Discipline, punctuality, professionalism and dedicated to completing the assigned jobs within timely manner
• Participate in meetings, training and other activities as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
