Responsibilities
ADMIN ASSISTANT | HYBRID | ENTRY LEVEL
Build your administrative skills in a flexible, hybrid role, with hands-on exposure to events and social media content preparation.
If you enjoy keeping things organised and have an interest in taking photos, videos and preparing social media content, this could be a good fit!
WHAT YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO
• Basic salary: $2,000–$2,200 per month
• Hybrid work: opportunities to work from home by arrangement
• Official hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
• Flexible hours by arrangement, with that day’s schedule adjusted when supporting after-hours events
• Entry-level opportunity with varied administrative and creative support tasks
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Handle filing, data entry and update client records
• Assist with appointments, bookings and routine follow-ups
• Prepare documents, emails and event materials
• Support event setup and registration
• Take simple photos and videos and organise content for social media posts
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Entry-level applicants and fresh graduates are welcome
• O-Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec or equivalent
• Education or coursework in marketing, digital marketing, communications or related fields is an advantage
• Basic social media knowledge; Canva or simple video-editing skills are a plus
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Organised, responsible and willing to learn
This is primarily an administrative role with light social media support. Onsite attendance is required for operational activities and events. Work-from-home arrangements depend on work needs.
