Responsibilities
Job Scope
- Assist in TikTok / Facebook Live to promote company products.
- Assist in handling online sales and customer enquiries via WhatsApp and social media.
- Provide product information, recommend products and follow up with potential customers.
- Assist in updating product prices, promotions and stock information online.
- Assist in preparing simple content and product promotions.
- Record basic online sales, leads and live performance.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

- E-Commerce / E-Business
- Business Administration / Management
- Mass Communication / Creative Media
- Other related fields.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Interested in online sales, social media and live hosting.
- Willing to learn and able to work independently or in a team.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Experience in live hosting or online sales is an advantage but not required.
Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
