JOB PURPOSE

The Account Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the company’s accounting functions. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can handle accounting tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. The Account Executive will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements. This position plays a key role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting business decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Handle a full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports on a timely basis.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulators.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required by the Finance Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in accounting or finance-related roles
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
