Mine Logistics Hiring! Full Time Finance Assistant Manager in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 7,500 - Ricebowl

• Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing daily accounting and finance operations.
• Review full set of accounts and ensure transactions are properly and accurately recorded.
• Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing and General Ledger functions.
• Review monthly bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, accruals, prepayments and other accounting schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform basic variance analysis and highlight unusual or significant items to the Finance Manager.
• Monitor customer ageing and follow up with the relevant team on overdue accounts.
• Review supplier reconciliations and payment documentation.
• Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and payment planning.
• Review intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist in annual budgeting and preparation of financial information required by Management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Liaise with tax agents, company secretary and other external parties on routine finance matters.
• Assist with SST, E-Invoice, corporate tax and other statutory compliance matters.
• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Assist in maintaining and improving Finance SOPs and internal controls.
• Supervise, guide and review the work of junior Finance team members.
• Provide backup support within the Finance Department when required.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with some supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge and practical experience in full set accounts and month-end closing.
• Familiar with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and bank reconciliation.
• Basic working knowledge of Malaysian taxation, SST and E-Invoice requirements.
• Experience in audit preparation and dealing with external auditors will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with SQL Accounting will be an added advantage.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation or service industries will be advantageous but is not essential.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
