Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assisting monitoring and coordinating site activities under the guidance of the Project Manager
- Assist the Project Manager in daily site operations and project coordination
- Attend site meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support project scheduling, progress tracking, and milestone updates
- Monitor work progress and report delays, issues, and discrepancies
- Maintain proper filing and control of project records
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (site reports, RFIs, progress updates, variation orders)
- Assist in submissions to clients, consultants, and relevant authorities
- Support compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Highlight risks or issues and recommend solutions to the Project Manager
- Coordinate inspections and follow up on quality checks to ensure works meet required standards
- Communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders
