To support the development of local manpower, MODEC ACADEMY has devised a specific training program for Interns and Graduates. In the last ten years, we have developed more than 80 graduate engineers for the industry, some occupying strategic positions in MODEC worldwide.

To be eligible for the MODEC Associate Engineer Program, candidates must:
- Passionate about contributing and making a difference in the energy industry
- Passionate about learning
- Open to constant change
- Willing to challenge the status quo
- Must have received their final Engineering Degree results with First Class or Second Upper Class between October 2026 and September 2027 to be eligible to apply
