Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT systems, hardware, software, network, and user support.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot programs, applications, and internal systems according to company needs.
• Perform system testing, database management, backup, and IT security monitoring.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and provide technical support to staff.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for system maintenance and technical support.
• Prepare IT documentation, reports, policy and ensure proper IT procedures are followed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience.
• Good knowledge of programming and software development.
• Experience in languages such as PHP, Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar is an advantage.
• Knowledge of databases, networking, system troubleshooting, and IT security.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
