Role summary

Support the Restaurant Manager in running daily floor operations at Kenmaki Aeon Midtown, supervising service staff and ensuring a consistent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor and kitchen coordination during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service flow
• Ensure service standards, food quality, cleanliness and hygiene are consistently maintained
• Lead shift briefings, assign stations and manage staff breaks and coverage
• Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding and on-the-job training of new hires
• Monitor stock levels, conduct stock takes and raise orders when supplies run low
• Step in to serve, cashier, expedite orders or cover any station during busy periods or staff shortages
• Handle guest concerns on the floor and escalate unresolved issues to the Manager
• Enforce SOPs, hygiene and safety standards, and report non-compliance
• Support opening/closing procedures, cash handling and daily sales reporting
• Monitor staff performance during shifts and provide feedback to the Manager
• Identify and flag equipment or facility issues for maintenance

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years' experience as a supervisor or team lead in F&B, QSR or retail
• Able to lead a small team and stay composed during peak hours
• Basic computer/POS literacy
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
