DACHIN Hiring! Full Time HRGA Supervisor in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on HRGA Supervisor to build and run HR and General Affairs for DACHIN's new Malaysia office in Bangsar. You will own the full HR cycle and office operations, and keep employment practices compliant with Malaysian law. You will work as HR Business Partner to leaders across our brand portfolios, and coordinate with regional and shared-function teams. Your work sets the standard for how HR runs in Kuala Lumpur as the team grows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a reputable university.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or a similar business environment.
• Willing to be based in Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, and travel as needed.
• Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well, and all of the recruitment processes will be conducted in English as well.
• Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysian employment law and statutory requirements, including the Employment Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
• Hands-on experience running performance appraisal and employee assessment processes.
• Experience across core HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, training, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Experience in General Affairs, including office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
• HRBP mindset: able to understand business needs and give leaders practical HR support.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple priorities, and work in a multicultural, cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR and General Affairs operations for the Malaysia business.
• Handle the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits administration, attendance, training, employee relations, and performance management.
• Support manpower planning and oversee recruitment based on business needs, working with department heads.
• Act as HR Business Partner to leaders on people matters, while people management stays with the respective leaders.
• Plan and run employee engagement and training activities that build a positive, collaborative culture.
• Ensure HR policies, employment practices, and documentation comply with Malaysian employment laws and company policy.
• Manage office administration, facilities, vendors, and supplies.
• Maintain accurate HR records, including employee data, contracts, and policies.
• Coordinate with regional and shared-function teams.
