Neuron Solutions Hiring! Full Time Senior FP-A-Manager in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are looking for an Senior FP&A/ Manager to join our finance team and work closely with the CFO and business leadership. This is an individual contributor role with strong ownership across FP&A, project finance, and commercial analysis.

You will play a key role in turning financial data into actionable insights and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate FP&A

• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports, variance analysis and performance insights
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for P&L and cash flow
• Develop P&L, margin and cost analysis across business units
• Drive manpower and project cost planning with department heads
• Build financial models, scenarios and sensitivity analysis for business decisions
• Support the CFO with board materials, investment papers and executive reports

Project Finance & Commercial Analysis

• Develop project costing and financial models covering NPV, IRR, DCF and payback
• Evaluate new business opportunities, projects and commercial proposals
• Conduct financial due diligence and assess project feasibility
• Support pricing strategy, deal structuring and contract economics
• Translate project and technical requirements into financial impact and business insights

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, transaction advisory or strategy consulting
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central or similar
• Experience with FP&A tools such as Anaplan, Adaptive Insights or Prophix is an advantage
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA or CPA is an advantage
• Experience within a system integrator, technology or IT solutions company is an added advantage
