About the Role
A senior HR position covering both Singapore and Malaysia, responsible for building out HR strategy and structure as the Singapore office grows. This is a hands-on, strategic role rather than a purely operational one, ideal for someone who wants to shape HR policy and frameworks rather than execute an existing system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy and policy across the region
- Build compensation & benefits frameworks
- Develop succession planning and workforce strategy
- Partner with the local HR team on execution
- Support broader people-management matters
- Oversee Singapore office administration
What We're Looking For
- Senior HR professional with strategic/policy experience
- Regional exposure across SEA/ASIA, manufacturing background preferred
- Comfortable working independently with broad ownership
