About the role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on R&D Manager to lead our quality control operations and drive product innovation. This dual role position is ideal for a technically strong individual who thrives in both a lab setting and a leadership capacity ensuring product excellence while spearheading the development and improvement of our sealant and adhesive formulations.

What you'll be doing

1.Research & Development

• Formulate new products including sealants and adhesives from concept to production-readiness

• Improve existing formulations in terms of cost-efficiency and performance

• Evaluate and qualify new raw materials for use in production

2.Any ad-hoc job from management

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Chemistry or chemical engineer.

2. Minimum 5 years' experience in a R&D role, preferably within the chemicals or lubricants industry

3. Proven track record of leading successful research and development projects

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

6. Ability to manage and motivate a team of specialists

7. Proficiency in using relevant quality control and analytical software and equipment
