About the Roles

Join as an M&E Coordinator (Building Construction) based in Kaki Bukit, supporting building construction projects through effective M&E coordination and site management. This is a permanent role with a 5.5-day work schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM), offering a basic salary package with medical benefits while providing opportunities to contribute to major construction projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate M&E activities with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and technical submissions to support construction requirements.
• Conduct site checks, track installation progress, and highlight clashes, design issues, or technical concerns for resolution.
• Manage follow-ups on RFIs, material submissions, method statements, inspections, and relevant project records.
• Monitor testing and commissioning activities, authority inspections, and handover requirements to ensure project readiness.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and project timelines.
• Support the implementation and documentation of BCA Green Mark, sustainability, and energy efficiency requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager in addressing technical challenges, construction matters, and coordination issues.
• Support M&E planning and coordination throughout the construction, testing, commissioning, and handover stages.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support project needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant M&E experience within Singapore’s construction industry.
• Experience with New Build projects such as BTO and Design & Build projects will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of BCA Green Mark requirements, sustainability initiatives, and green building practices will be advantageous.
• Understand M&E drawings, specifications, coordination drawings, and construction requirements.
• Able to coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve M&E-related matters.
• Familiar with inspections, testing and commissioning, authority submissions, and project documentation processes.
• Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
