You develop and review doctrine and training programmes for the peacetime support operations.

You develop and review doctrine and training programmes for the peacetime support operations.
What You Will Be Working On
- Analyse Supply vocationalists' competency needs and align training curriculum with organisational objectives
- Develop and review guiding principles for operational and military task achievement
- Partner with Army Logistics Training Institute to design engaging, impactful training curricula for Supply vocationalists
- Conduct training effectiveness evaluations and implement data-driven improvements
- Manage training programme execution
- Build stakeholder relationships to ensure buy-in and alignment
Challenge(s) - Staying abreast of competency development needs and training requirements for Supply Vocationalists
- Understanding Supply Formation's operations and military tasks
- Education in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Human Resource Management is preferred
- Stakeholder management skills
