About the role

Operate and oversee the flour milling process to ensure safe, smooth, and efficient production.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the flour milling process to achieve production and quality targets

• Inspect production equipment, report abnormalities promptly, and assist in process troubleshooting

• Collaborate with the Quality Control, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations

• Comply with workplace safety, food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and Halal Assurance System requirements

• Maintain high housekeeping standards and support continuous improvement initiatives

About you

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Relevant experience in flour milling or food manufacturing is an advantage

• Willing to work in rotating shifts

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
