Job Description:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including onboarding, employee records, attendance and leave administration.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview arrangements, selection and onboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll preparation and ensure attendance, leave, allowances and other payroll-related information are accurately updated.
  • Assist in managing foreign worker-related matters, including documentation, work permits, renewals and liaising with relevant authorities when required.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave and other HR-related matters.
  • Assist in handling employee relations, disciplinary matters and workplace grievances in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare HR letters and documentation, including appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, resignation and other employment-related correspondence.
  • Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with applicable Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with government agencies and relevant external parties on HR and employment-related matters when required.
  • Coordinate staff training, orientation and other employee development activities.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, manpower reports and other HR-related documentation for management review.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR matters at all times.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in property development, construction, engineering or a related industry.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
  • Experience in recruitment and employee administration.
  • Experience handling foreign workers will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Mature, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
