We are looking for a System Operator to support daily IT operations and ensure the stability and smooth running of enterprise systems and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate IT systems and applications.
• Perform daily system operations and support activities.
• Monitor system performance and respond to incidents or operational issues.
• Support AS/400, Control-M, Microsoft Azure and AWS Cloud environments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to resolve issues.
• Follow IT operational procedures and ensure tasks are completed in an organized manner.
• Support project and operational tasks as assigned.
• Work on a 24/7 shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience with AS/400, Control-M, Microsoft Azure and AWS Cloud.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification is preferred.
• Good written and spoken English and Japanese. Japanese proficiency is mandatory.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, responsible and collaborative attitude.
• Able to work effectively in a shift-based environment.

Working Schedule

• On-site
• 12-hour shifts
• 4 days working followed by 4 days off
• Includes weekends and public holidays
• 24/7 operations environment

Pay: From RM1,453.33 per month
