Beautylite Interiors Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to develop your accounting career within a dynamic organisation. As Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance function, ensuring accurate financial records and contributing to the smooth operation of our accounting processes. This position offers hands-on experience in various accounting disciplines and provides a strong foundation for career progression within the accounting profession.

Key responsibilities

· Processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, payments and receipts

· Preparing and reconciling bank statements and ledger accounts

· Supporting the preparation of financial statements and management accounts

· Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

· Maintaining accurate and organised financial records and documentation

· Performing data entry and maintaining financial databases

· Supporting the audit process by preparing required documentation and schedules

· Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures

· Liaising with external parties including suppliers, customers and auditors as required

· Supporting compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

What we're looking for

· A qualification in accounting or finance, such as a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

· Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including double-entry bookkeeping

· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

· Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail

· Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

· Good communication skills, both written and verbal

· Professional and courteous demeanour with strong work ethics

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

· Familiarity with Malaysian accounting regulations and GST/SST procedures (preferred)

· Professional accounting qualifications such as LCCI, AAT or membership with a professional accounting body (preferred)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
