Job Description
Responsibilities
- To provide IT advice and support on the database design and configuration for the system implementation of AUTOS and ICONS
- To provide IT advice on the database tuning, SQL optimization, system performance enhancement of AUTOS and ICONS
- To supervise and provide technical advice on the System Integration Tests (SITs) and User Acceptance Tests (UATs) of system enhancement
- To perform diagnosis with the contractors on technical issues and monitor the progress of remedy actions
- To review project deliverables and monitor the performance of the contractors of AUTOS and ICONS
- To perform other duties required for meeting the department's business need.
