About the role
Responsible for coordinating logistics operations and customer service activities, including import/export documentation, order and shipment monitoring, invoicing, and stakeholder communication. Ensure smooth operational processes, timely issue resolution, and high service standards while maintaining accurate records and meeting customer requirements.
About you
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines
Prior working experience in the logistics industry are preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player
