Position: Service Crew

Working Location: Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya.

Job Summary:

The Service Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle basic complaints politely.

2. Food & Beverage Handling

• Ensure food is served according to restaurant standards.
• Check orders before serving to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in basic food preparation if required.

3. Cash Handling

• Operate POS system and process payments (cash, card, e-wallet).
• Issue receipts and ensure correct billing.

4. Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties.

5. Teamwork

• Work closely with kitchen staff and other crew members.
• Support team members during busy periods.

6. Stock & Supplies

• Refill condiments, utensils, and service items.
• Inform supervisor when supplies are low.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strict punctuality
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous F&B experience is an advantage but not required.
• ready with Typhoid Cert & Food Handling Cert.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
