E-commerce Growth & Performance Specialist

Job Summary
The E-commerce Growth & Performance Specialist will be responsible for driving traffic growth, performance advertising, promotional strategies, affiliate marketing, and data analytics across EPOS’s e-commerce channels in Malaysia and Singapore. Through paid media, marketplace advertising, affiliate programs, campaigns, and data-driven optimisation, this role will continuously improve traffic, orders, GMV, leads, and overall customer acquisition efficiency.
This role goes beyond being solely a performance marketer or media buyer. The individual will be responsible for building and strengthening EPOS’s E-commerce Growth Engine, with the ability to analyse the full e-commerce journey across traffic, products, customers, conversion, and commercial outcomes, while working closely with the Marketplace, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Campaign Strategy

Develop e-commerce growth plans for the Malaysia and Singapore markets based on business objectives.
- Develop traffic acquisition and budget strategies for major marketplace campaigns such as 9.9, 10.10, 11.11, and 12.12.
- Partner with Marketplace Operations to determine priority SKUs, pricing strategies, and promotional mechanics.
- Reallocate budgets across markets, platforms, and SKUs based on sales performance and data insights.
- Establish a framework to identify Winning SKUs, Winning Audiences, and Winning Channels.
Affiliate & Creator Commerce

Manage Shopee/Lazada Affiliate programs and other relevant affiliate channels.
- Recruit and manage creators within verticals such as F&B, Retail, SMEs, and Business.
- Develop affiliate commission structures, product sampling programs, and campaign incentives.
- Monitor key affiliate metrics including Clicks, GMV, Conversion, and Commission.
- Identify high-potential creators and develop long-term partnership opportunities.
Marketing Collaboration

Partner with the Marketing team to establish commercial objectives for TikTok and Social Commerce.
- Provide content direction and customer insights to the Marketing team based on e-commerce performance data.
- Analyse how different content, audiences, and creatives impact e-commerce conversion.
- Leverage marketing-generated content assets to drive e-commerce traffic and sales opportunities.
- This role is not responsible for day-to-day TikTok content creation, but will be responsible for defining commercial and conversion requirements for content.
Data & Analytics

Build and maintain a unified performance dashboard covering Malaysia/Singapore and Shopee/Lazada.
- Conduct weekly analysis across key metrics including Traffic, CTR, CPC, CVR, Orders, GMV, AOV, CAC, and ROAS.
- Analyse profitability across different SKUs, audiences, and channels.
- Identify high-potential and underperforming products and recommend appropriate budget reallocations.
- Establish a closed-loop data framework covering the full journey from Marketing Marketplace Order Activation.
Lead & Conversion Optimisation

Work with the Customer Operations team to establish an effective Lead Management process.
- Analyse the customer conversion funnel from Product View Add to Cart Purchase Demo Activation.
- Develop lead-generation and demo-conversion strategies targeting high-value B2B customers.
- Support the development of customer acquisition initiatives such as Bundles, Free Demos, and Vouchers.

Requirements
Requirements

3–8 years of experience in Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other marketplace performance marketing environments.
- Hands-on experience in Paid Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and Campaign Optimisation.

Ability to independently develop advertising budgets, testing plans, and optimisation strategies.
- Strong understanding of key commercial metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CVR, and AOV.
- Experience within B2B, SaaS, POS, Payments, Fintech, or consumer electronics is preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
