Role Description The Graphic Designer role at ALTIORA is a full-time, on-site position based in Shah Alam. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and branded collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, producing logos and brand elements, refining typography, and ensuring visual consistency across projects. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, digital, and advisory teams to translate business requirements into clear, engaging visual communication. The Graphic Designer will also contribute to maintaining and evolving brand guidelines, preparing files for production, and iterating on designs based on feedback and performance insights.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills, including Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging layouts and visual assets.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including building and maintaining cohesive brand identities across multiple touchpoints.
• Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and apply type for readability, hierarchy, and brand expression.
• Competence with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or similar) and basic knowledge of digital and print production requirements.
• Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines, with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; portfolio demonstrating recent work is required.
• Experience designing for marketing campaigns, social media, and multi-industry clients is an advantage.
