We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive - Singapore

VySystems Singapore is looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow client relationships and win new business for our established staffing and recruitment operations in Singapore.

With 20+ years of presence in Singapore, a global staffing engine, and an established client base and delivery bench, this is an opportunity to grow a proven business - not start from scratch.

What you’ll do:

• Drive new client acquisition for staffing & recruitment services
• Build and manage an enterprise client pipeline across Singapore
• Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing contracts
• Represent VySystems in the Singapore market
• Work closely with delivery teams to drive repeat business

What you bring:

• 5 - 7 years of business development experience in staffing/recruitment
• Experience in the Singapore or SEA staffing market
• Existing client network preferred
• Proven track record of hitting revenue & placement targets
• A revenue-driven business mindset
