• Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor bills, code expenses, and issue payments.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate customer invoices, record receipts, and track collections.
• Reconciliation: Compare bank statements with internal books to fix errors.
• Data Entry: Input daily transactions into Accounting Software.
• Record Keeping: Organize financial files and support audits.

Core Job Scope for Bookkeepers

• Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger and ensure debits match credits.
• Financial Reporting: Produce basic profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and trial balances.
• Account Oversight: Review ledgers for mistakes and manage full-cycle bookkeeping.
• Tax Preparation: Organize receipts and documents for tax filings
