AMK Technology Hiring! Full Time AI-ML Engineer (3- yrs) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, and AI application development, with the ability to provide technical guidance to engineering teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with business and product stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and ensure successful deployment and optimisation of AI/ML models in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Build and implement scalable Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLM, and RAG solutions.
• Design and develop AI-powered applications and services for business use cases.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to AI/ML Engineers.
• Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective AI/ML solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI/ML models, frameworks, and technologies based on business requirements.
• Manage model deployment, optimisation, monitoring, and production performance.
• Troubleshoot and optimise AI/ML solutions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Develop and integrate AI/ML solutions through APIs and cloud-based platforms.
• Contribute to MLOps practices, including model lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience, including strong hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Experience developing and integrating AI/ML APIs.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with databases.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with MLOps and productionisation of AI/ML models.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical communication skills.
• Experience providing technical guidance, conducting code/technical reviews, or mentoring junior AI/ML engineers is preferred.
