Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements.
• Proficiency in creating flowcharts, process maps, use cases, and other analytical tools.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bi-lingual – Able to read and speak English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders/vendors

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with banking products, services, and regulatory requirements is highly advantageous.
• Experience with database concepts (SQL) and an understanding of system integration principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA Microsoft Project) is a plus.
