Job Description
Responsibilities
Work closely and proactively with the Installation contractor, vendors and client to ensure smooth installation and commissioning of the system.
To provide the computation of the voltage drop computation and cable sizing recommendation to ensure compliance to the regulatory requirement
Plan, coordinate and manage daily maintenance activities with in-house & external contractors and execute maintenance timely and effectively.
Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability, optimize spare parts, and manage stock effectively by using CMMS
Analyse and improve equipment reliability of plant to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors.
Manage annual shutdown/Grade change maintenance (Work planning, Management of actual site work, Liaising with contractors and production group).
Good knowledge and hand-on experience with PLC/DCS system maintenance/inspection of plant electrical System.
Leading troubleshooting efforts when E&I problems occur, quickly diagnosing the cause, and ensuring that repairs are carried out effectively.
Support in implementation and participate in the continuous improvement effort in the areas of
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with EHSQ policies by review & implement MSRA.
Requirements
Effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members, ensuring smooth project execution.

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical,Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation engineering or the equivalent.
- Min 1-5 years of experience as an Supervisor in Manufacturing /chemical plant/Power Plant.
- Basic understanding of maintenance technology, equipment, instruments, electrical and manufacturing process.
Effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members, ensuring smooth project execution.
