BIM Modeler – CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural)

Location: KL Headquarters & Rawang Site
Industry: Data Center Construction
Employment Type: Contract (Until Project Completion)
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
• Saturday (Half Day)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) BIM models using Revit.
• Produce and update 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP and project stakeholders.
• Perform clash detection and assist in resolving design and construction conflicts.
• Ensure BIM models are updated to reflect design changes and site conditions.
• Support project teams with model-based quantity take-offs and drawing extraction.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project specifications, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler specializing in CSA disciplines.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and related BIM software.
• Experience in construction projects; data center project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, modeling standards, and coordination processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
