Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly according to work instructions, drawings and specifications.
• Assemble, inspect and test components/products to meet quality requirements.
• Read and understand engineering drawings, assembly drawings and work instructions.
• Use basic hand tools and measuring equipment for assembly activities.
• Perform visual and functional checks to identify assembly defects.
• Troubleshoot basic assembly or product issues and report problems to the supervisor/engineer.
• Maintain proper 5S, cleanliness and safety at the workstation.
• Follow company safety, quality and production procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and other production activities when required.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field; OR
• SKM Level 3 in a relevant technical field with strong and relevant working experience.
• Fresh graduates with a relevant Diploma are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly or technical work will be an advantage.
• Able to read and understand drawings and work instructions.
• Basic technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends/public holidays when required.
• Good attitude, discipline, teamwork and willingness to learn.
