• Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, KOL/influencer management, or related fields. Relevant internship experience is a plus. 
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields. 
• Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee, and affiliate marketing platforms. 
• Strong understanding of affiliate campaign planning, recruitment, commission management, and performance tracking. 
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. 
• Good understanding of social media trends and e-commerce marketing strategies. 
• Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

• Identifying and sourcing suitable creators and affiliates on the TikTok platform to support brand growth and sales performance

• Reach out to influencers, creators, and affiliate partners to establish collaboration opportunities

• Support daily communication and relationship management with TikTok creators and agencies

• Assist in onboarding creators, coordinating product seeding, campaign briefs, and collaboration timelines

• Monitor creator performance, affiliate sales results, and campaign effectiveness

• Keep track and analyze GMV performance
