About the Role

SSquad Global is looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to join our IT & Cybersecurity team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with initial exposure to B2B sales, IT sales, or business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and support new client acquisition.
• Conduct B2B sales and business development activities.
• Engage with IT decision-makers, CIOs, CISOs and business stakeholders.
• Promote Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Cloud and Managed Services.
• Identify Tenders, RFQs, RFPs and quotation opportunities.
• Support proposals, tender submissions and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with Presales and Technical teams.
• Maintain the sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with 6 months–1 year experience are welcome.
• Internship or B2B/IT Sales experience is an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation and follow-up skills.
• Target-oriented and willing to learn.
• Malaysian citizens/local candidates preferred.
• Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
