Job Summary
The job requires candidate who has good knowledge in interior fit-out, architectural and commercial building works. Manage project tenders and contracts with a focus on cost estimation and contract administration. Candidate who has good designing skill is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for contracts and tenders to support project bidding and execution
Manage contract matters and perform quantity surveying costing to ensure budget compliance
Administer contract documentation and processes throughout pre- and post-tender phases to maintain project control
Assist clients, suppliers, and contractors in resolving accounts settlement issues to facilitate smooth financial transactions
Meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure quality and compliance
Communicate effectively in English to interpret contract practices and coordinate with project stakeholders
Able to use designing tools; Sketch up, Revit, AutoCAD, etc to produce 3D perspectives, technical drawings that meet project requirements is an added advantage.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum 8 years of combined industrial and commercial experience.
Knowledge of tender contracts and project tender processes
Non Singaporeans with vast Singapore working experience are welcome to apply
