PERSOL Business Service Hiring! Full Time Recruitment Consultant in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Ensure resourcing processes are carried out in a professional, structured and consistent manner across the business.
• To perform talent sourcing, candidate phone screening to fulfil Australia recruitment needs.
• Working closely with Australia Recruiter with regards to Temp recruitment across varies industries.
• Monitor success (response & success rates, cost of hire etc) to ensure recruitment goals are being met in a cost effective / timely manner
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on activity

Requirements:

• Recruitment experience (min 1 year) who can work in fast phase environment and KPI driven
• English must be good as they will be speaking to candidates based in AU
• Able to multitask through a few systems (tech savvy)
• Working hours 7am to 4pm. Flexible to move to 6am to 3pm during daylight savings
• Might require working on Msia Public Holiday based on business needs.
