Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing creative materials for property development and construction projects.
• Create marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, buntings, banners, signage, project presentations, and advertisements.
• Develop creative content for social media platforms, websites, digital marketing campaigns, and other online channels.
• Assist in creating visuals and marketing materials for property launches, events, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate activities.
• Support the development and maintenance of branding consistency across all marketing and corporate materials.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Project teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Assist in photo and video editing, basic motion graphics, and multimedia content creation when required.
• Prepare artwork for printing and ensure all final materials meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Keep up-to-date with current design trends, property market trends, and creative technologies.
• Explore and utilise AI-powered design tools to improve creativity, productivity, and content development.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or other related fields.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design tools.
• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other digital design platforms will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or other AI design tools will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge or interest in the Property Development, Construction, Architecture, or Real Estate industry will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of photography, videography, video editing, or motion graphics will be an added advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Good understanding of branding, layout, typography, colour theory, and visual communication.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good time management skills and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in designing property brochures, project advertisements, hoarding, signage, or sales gallery materials.
• Basic knowledge of architectural or construction-related design concepts.
• Familiarity with AI-generated images, AI-assisted content creation, and emerging design technologies.
• Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
