About Neighbours Coffee

Neighbours Coffee is a cozy, vibrant community café built around specialty coffee, good food, and genuine hospitality.

We’re looking for enthusiastic people to join our growing team in Happy Garden, Seri Gembira Avenue. Whether you’re an experienced barista or just starting out, we’d love to meet people who enjoy coffee, connecting with customers, and being part of a close-knit team.

Positions Available

• Senior Barista — Full-Time
• Junior Barista — Full-Time
• Trainee/Service Crew — Part-Time

Your Role

As part of our team, you’ll:

• Prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages consistently.
• Deliver warm, friendly, and attentive customer service.
• Build genuine relationships with our neighbourhood customers and regulars.
• Keep your station clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and café operating standards.
• Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly, especially during busy periods.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Passionate about coffee, food, and hospitality.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, responsible, and a strong team player.
• Positive, proactive, and willing to learn.

F&B or barista experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. If you’re enthusiastic about coffee and hospitality, beginners are welcome — training will be provided.
