WE ARE HIRING ACCOUNT OFFICER

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two (2) years of relevant accounting experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in handling full set accounts is highly preferred.
• Prior experience using MYOB / ABSS accounting software is highly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain full set accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and cash management.
• Handle bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
• Process payroll, maintain employee records, and coordinate with statutory authorities.
• Manage tax invoices via government e-Invoicing system.
• Support procurement, review quotations, and process travel claims.
• Identify financial discrepancies and collaborate with departments.
• Report directly to Management and support administrative duties.
