Core Job Scope & Duties

• Financial Reporting: Prepare balance sheets, income statements (Profit & Loss), and cash flow statements.
• General Ledger (GL) Management: Record daily transactions, maintain journal entries, and perform account reconciliations.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Oversee invoice processing, monitor cash flow, track payments, and follow up on collections.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist management by monitoring expenses, analyzing budget variances, and supporting financial planning.
• Audit Preparation: Coordinate with internal and external auditors and gather documentation to ensure statutory compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or MYOB.
• Knowledge Base: Familiarity with reporting standards such as IFRS or GAAP.
