HSBC Hiring! Full Time Program Lead for SME Propositions, Structured Trade in Kowloon, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Program Lead for SME Propositions, Structured Trade.

In this role you will:

• Drive scalable propositions for Business Banking (BB) / Mid-Market Enterprise (MME) (together Small Medium Enterprise (SME)) with a particular focus on receivables secured working capital facilities.
• Be responsible for end-to-end execution and delivery of the propositions, including credit, product risk, product and technology requirements.
• Manage commercialization of the underlying propositions and ensure propositions meet client needs
• Broaden and deepen relationships with clients and prospective clients in BB and MME
• Maintain a balanced approach to risk management
• Maintain awareness of the applicable regulatory and business environment. Understand audit, tax and legal implications and changes as they affect the customers and the Bank
• Develop partnerships with third parties that scale our SME Proposition in Hong Kong

To be successful you will need:

• University graduates with similar industry experience and a passion to succeed in a professional banking frontline role will be highly considered
• A demonstrated ability to drive business growth with corporate customers with clear understanding of the SME requirements in Hong Kong and China
• Strong acumen in sales, structuring, credit, product and technology in trade finance
• Experience in dynamic, frontline environment with established business development skills
• Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Relevant commercial banking experience with structured trade knowledge
• Excellent analytical skills
