Responsibilities
Sales & Operations Representative - FMCG MNC
Salary: $3200 max + commission
5 days work week (Mon-Fri)
9.00am - 6.00pm
Location: Alexandra
Job Scope:
Conduct full stock count on every visit to recommend optimal sales quantity for individual outlets and conduct selling function to retailers within stipulated routes. Ensure no OOS in all outlets in stipulated route and do top ups for retailers in a timely manner as and when required.
Achieve targeted distribution of products and conduct merchandising activities for the retailers. Check on product hygiene and ensure stock rotation of products to minimize returns/collection of expired stocks.
Ensure payments for all sales conducted for all cash/cheques/Paynow outlets are duly settled and collected.
Build good trade relationships with retailers to provide best in class service. Provide feedback on market trends, product performance, competitor and trade activities.
Identify opportunities within route to implement Micromarketing activities using stipulated mechanics. Roll out and educate high priority GT retailers on usage of Connexus as well as activities rolled out on Connexus
Class 3 licence required. Will be allowed to drive company vehicle home.
