Temporary Executive (Hawker Centre Operations)

$14.50/hour | Approx. $2,639/month
3 / 6 / 9-month contract | Immediate Start
42 hours/week, Monday–Friday
Night shifts, weekends & Public Holidays may be required

Requirements

• Comfortable with fieldwork and working in hawker centre environments
• Service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Frontline customer service or hawker centre operations experience is an advantage
• Meticulous, organised and able to multitask independently
• Proactive, resourceful and a good team player
• Able to work night shifts when required

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and monitor cleanliness, maintenance and compliance
• Engage stallholders and attend to feedback and operational issues
• Conduct night inspections and monitor late-night deliveries
• Support operator performance audits and incident follow-ups
• Handle phone, email and walk-in enquiries
• Maintain records and prepare reports/statistics
• Support administrative and other operational duties as assigned
