Job description:
This role is responsible for managing communication with both car owners (sellers) and buyers, ensuring smooth documentation, payment follow‑up, and overall customer satisfaction throughout the consignment process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Enquiries

• Handle incoming enquiries from car owners and buyers regarding consignment procedures, pricing, and sales status.
• Provide clear, professional, and timely responses to build trust and maintain company reputation.

2. Documentation Management

• Request and collect required documents from sellers (e.g., IC copy, car registration card, service records) and buyers (e.g., loan approval documents, payment slips).
• Verify accuracy and completeness of submitted documents before processing.
• Maintain proper filing and digital records in line with company SOPs.

3. Sales Process Support

• Assist in preparing consignment agreements and sales quotations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (inspection, marketing, admin) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Update sellers and buyers on progress, inspection results, and listing status.

4. Payment Follow‑Up

• Chase outstanding payments from buyers and ensure timely settlement.
• Monitor seller service charges and inspection fees, ensuring proper collection.
• Liaise with finance team to confirm payment clearance before vehicle handover.

5. Customer Relationship Management

• Act as the front‑line point of contact for sellers and buyers throughout the transaction.
• Address complaints or disputes professionally in line with company policy, escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure a positive customer experience that encourages repeat business and referrals.

6. Adhocs

• Support showroom activities (e.g., assisting consignment car handover/collection).
• Provide feedback to direct manager on customer concerns and market trends.
• Uphold compliance with company policies, consignment exclusivity terms, and ethical standards.
