- Taking off on building and external works quantity

- Call for quotations, arrange for Awards (such as prepare Letter of Awards & Work Orders)

- Attend Site Meetings, coordinate with site personnel, consultants and sub contractors

- Identify Variation Orders, Prepare Monthly Progress Claims and Payment Certs

- Finalizing accounts with sub contractors

- Other contracts related works

* Must be able to work independently, with self-discipline to complete all tasks given in time, be responsible in your own tasks and able to think analytically.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
