Job Summary
Responsible for the safe, reliable and compliant operation, maintenance and improvement of the Company’s facilities, utilities, building systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage ACMV/HVAC, CDA, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, building infrastructure and utilities.
Develop and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Respond to breakdowns, troubleshoot issues and coordinate corrective maintenance.
Conduct facility inspections, equipment condition assessments and safety/compliance checks.
Manage contractors, vendors and service providers, including quotations, tender support, work verification and performance monitoring.
Conduct root-cause analysis and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support internal, external, ISO, regulatory and customer audits.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans and participate in emergency drills.
Prepare maintenance, inspection, incident, compliance and monthly facility management reports.
Work closely with Operations, Production, QA, EHS/Safety and Management on facility projects and improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities for facility reliability improvement, cost optimization and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience in facility management/maintenance, particularly HVAC/ACMV, electrical, plumbing and utilities.
Experience managing contractors and vendors.
Knowledge of relevant MOM, NEA, WSHA, safety and regulatory requirements.
Experience with audits, documentation and compliance records.
Strong communication, coordination, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Relevant technical qualification/certification in Facilities, Engineering or a related field preferred.
