Responsibilities
Addcel has been delivering deep value to clients across Semi-con, Pharmaceutical, Data Centers & Oil & Gas industries since 2010. Role Summary
The Associate HR Executive manages payroll for a large workforce, oversees L&D for all employees, and handles onboarding, offboarding, and other HR administrative tasks. In a workplace where continuous improvement and change are the norm, the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable adapting to evolving processes while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time; ensure statutory compliance.
Validate large-scale time & attendance data and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate and administer L&D programs for blue- and white-collar employees, including scheduling of courses and training sessions.
Liaise with internal stakeholders for payroll approvals, training logistics, and HR processes.
Manage onboarding/offboarding documentation and other HR administrative tasks.
Manage and maintain employees' personnel files (P-files), ensuring records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
Generate payroll and L&D reports; support audits and Finance reconciliations.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, given the numerical accuracy demanded by payroll processing.
1-2 years payroll/HR operations or accounting experience preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong accounting foundation are welcome.
Highly meticulous and numerate, with strong attention to detail; comfortable working with large volumes of data and figures with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, with hands-on experience using VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, filters, and other common functions, as well as HRIS/LMS systems.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges and change.
