Job Description

Responsibilities

A leading European Naval Shipbuilder with operations in Singapore wish to appoint

ACCOUNTS / ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
  • Manage full sets of accounts and day-to-day finance operation (AR, AP, GL, Bank)
  • Process payments, update and follow up on payment schedules
  • Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, delivery orders and suppliers invoices
  • Update project cost sheets and WIP
  • Prepare month-end closing activities and financial reporting
  • Prepare quarterly GST returns
  • Assist with audit schedules and financial reporting
  • Assist in administration and HR matters
  • Maintain proper filing and organisation of accounting documents
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Proficient in accounting system (SAP B1 or others) and Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable working in small team environment
  • Able to start immediately with possibility to convert to permanent employment
