Role Description

We’re looking for a highly organized and creatively driven Creative Content Producer to lead the end-to-end content production process for our e-commerce brand in the outdoor camping space.

This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly balance creative vision with hands-on execution.You’ll manage production schedules, coordinate talent and resources, and ensure smooth execution from concept to final delivery.

Working closely with our in-house creative and marketing teams, you'll transform ideas into clear briefs and scripts—then plan and execute shoots that deliver engaging, high-quality visual content!

Responsibilities:

• Manage Production Timelines: Own the full production schedule from pre- to post-production, ensuring all deliverables are on time.
• Coordinate Talent & Resources: Source and schedule talent, vendors, and crew; assign roles across the in-house team.
• Create Clear Production Briefs: Translate creative concepts into actionable briefs and detailed shoot lists.
• Oversee On-Set Logistics: Ensure smooth shoot-day operations with contingency plans in place.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align with creative and marketing teams to meet content and campaign goals.
• Problem-Solve in Real Time: Proactively identify and resolve issues during any phase of production.
• Uphold Quality Standards: Review all final outputs to ensure they meet technical and visual benchmarks.
• Design Casting Call Posters: Create visually appealing posters bi-weekly using Canva or Photoshop.
• Write Scripts & Copy: Craft compelling scripts and copy with strong English writing skills.
• Embrace Innovation: Stay ahead of creative trends and experiment with AI tools to improve content execution.
• Other ad-hoc tasks that can help the company succeed.
